The Draconian Federation Alliance aims to recruit beings who vibrate in resonance with their own vibrational complex and to and enslave those who are not of the Orion vibration. They conquer planetary mind/body/spirit social complexes before they reach the stage of achieving social memory.
There are a very few third density, a majority of fourth density, a similarly large number of fifth density, and very few sixth-density entities comprising this organization. Their power matches that of the Confederation. Their numbers are one-tenth of theirs as the problem of spiritual entropy causes them to experience constant disintegration of their social memory complexes. They have “constant difficulty because of the concept of separation which is implicit in the manifestations of the service to self which involve power over others. This weakens and eventually disintegrates the energy collected by such mind/body/spirit complexes who call the Orion group and the social memory complexes which comprise the Orion group.”[1]

There are several groups in addition to the Draco:
Reptoids
The reptoids are from our dimension. They're taller, thinner and different than the other reptilians. They work with them when it suits their agenda but mostly keep to their selves and seem to work in genetics and in stealing and obtaining ancient technology that is spread throughout the Inner Earth. They are few in numbers, and most of their technology is not developed by them but stolen from the Ancient Builder Race. They have a large presence in the Middle East and guard it with this very powerful Ancient Builder Race technology.[2]
Reptilian “Greys”
They have different types of reptilian beings, some that are quite short in the 4½ to 5 feet tall that look very much like Greys. They have tiny scales surrounding them, yet they look just like Greys. They have reptilians that are of the Draco-type that range from 9 to 14+ feet tall. There's a whole range of them. There's another type that people describe as red, but it's a real weird brown that makes it look red that also has wings. They're smaller and less muscular.
They have different castes within their system. They have a warrior caste. They have engineers, scientists, almost like a hive. And then they have their royalty up at the top that control and direct everything.
Insectoids
Insectoids include ant beings and mantids, who genetically modify their own genomes to create other types such as ones with four arms.
Six-Fingered Nordics
It is postulated that they are a conquered race, as we supposedly are. Like humans with our Dark Fleet, they have a fleet to accompany the Draco on offensive missions. The Draco will often send these beings in as cannon fodder a lot of the time, so they are seen a lot in conflicts. They are about 8-feet tall. Their foreheads are twice as long as ours. They have big blue eyes and sport bob haircuts. Some of them are hybrids and have reptilian eyes.
